Life power of birth
1999, Acrylic on canvas 40 x 48 When we can focus our mental energy to an infinite space, the root of our minds eye grows toward the farthest place in the vermilion ocean of the subconscious. Grasping for any images that seem familiar we stumble upon life, it seems limitless and friendly, we are only held back by our own thoughts. Pushing on to see what is there, we discover light, when the atom splits its electricity fires white hot, and the swirling vapors of intensity burn the edges of time. Reality is not what it seems to be, the stars seem closer. Tiny reflections of light bounce off of the impossible and leaves sprout from space and absorb the Sun rays. Their roots grow deep and engorge on rain, as do the bees hovering for their evening nectar. The soul is awake, what now? ~ Linder Private collection Please use your browser back button to return to the previous page. |
